Jake’s Help From Heaven, founded in 2011, is a non-profit foundation dedicated to supporting individuals with multiple medical challenges and disabilities. Countless challenges occur in caring for medically fragile, special needs individuals. Our goal is to assist individuals affected by debilitating illnesses.
We reimburse or purchase direct items which positively impact the life of the medically fragile individual.
We provide reimbursement for medical travel to see doctors, specialists, and procedures if you need to travel over 90 miles.
For those applying for technology devices, including but not limited to tablet devices and software applications.
This is for previously approved JHFH applicants who are experiencing an emergency situation.
This is for applicants who have previously applied and have not
reached their $2500 calendar year cap.

10th Annual Family Fun Day & Cheers to Jake
Due to COVID-19, we are cancelling this year's events. We are so sad but can't wait to celebrate during the spring of 2021!
Following each Board of Directors meeting we order all approved items. Typically, we have everything delivered to us so that we can assemble and prepare all equipment and items. We like to bring things to the recipient so that they can enjoy right away and to not place an additional burden on the family. Unfortunately, through the COVID-19 pandemic we have had to suspend in-person deliveries and very much look forward to when it is safe to being them again.
